Kevin Lund
I just found that I have a CB14 database that has issues still up for sale in Atomic Avenue. CB22 4K can not convert to current standard. I get lots of errors, and it dies, or freeze when I attempt to convert. Suggestions for a remedy?
Gregory Hecht
Are you trying to delete your AA inventory from the CB14 database? Or are you trying to open the CB14 database with CB22 so that you can actively update and maintain that AA inventory?
Mark J. Castaneda
Kevin, strongly suggest you 'remove' your CB14 database from AA account if you're having trouble with it. Head here to do so: https://atomicavenue.com/atomic/StoreSetup.aspx if the db is not converting when you try to open it in CB2022; its likely corrupt is some way. Hopefully you have a reliable backup to use instead.
Kevin Lund
Thanks for the helpful replies. I think the CB14 db is corrupted, bit rot spinning on a HD not accessed in 7-8 years! Not a big deal only about 50 books in it. Can I have more than one DB in the web store? Seems like I can? again thanks
Gregory Hecht
Yes, I think you can have more than one database that posts to the AA store. HOWEVER, my advice is that things are much simpler at your end if you only have one database that posts to AA. The general recommendation is to keep things simple since that means much lower potential for problems at your end over time.
