RICHARD STAPP Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 like to print out list of only books that are set for sale.
Steven L. Dasinger Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 Here is one way: Use Find (regular or Advanced) and use 'For Sale' IS Checked. Once you have the results, use CTRL+A to select all. The Right-click and select Quick Report from the pop-up menu (or use F7). Notes: 1) If you want a different report, from the pop-up menu, select Report Selected Titles As, then the report you want to use. 2) If you have different Types (Books, Comic Books, Magazines, and/or Newspapers) for sale, you will need to do a Find for each Type separately.
Don Veach Posted October 18, 2022 Posted October 18, 2022 I tried running quick report using the above method and it worked great! The only problem is the last page, instead of giving me the number of items and the number of quantity I have, it just shows ####.
Mark J. Castaneda Posted October 18, 2022 Posted October 18, 2022 please screenshot that last page. Curious what it looks like.
Mark J. Castaneda Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 When the Preview of the report displays, curious if you hit the export button (Top/Left) and save out as a PDF. Open that PDF afterwards and take a look at it, you get the same problem with '####'?
Don Veach Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 The pdf file looks good, I don't see any ####. This is good to know. Thanks, I didn't think about doing an export.
