Were all the single issues published for this series? I have the first two issues, but I thought it was cancelled due to Dark Horse losing the license to Marvel. I know Dark Horse collected the whole story for for the TPB and it's collected in the new Marvel Omnibus.

I believe that you are correct.  Mycomicshop lists release dates for the first two issues but not the last two, and that is almost always a giveaway that a series was fully solicited but not actually published.  There is also a note at comics.org that confirms that this series experienced publication interruptus.

Another casualty of moving to Marvel, Predator: The Original Screenplay. This title was never published. It should be removed from the database.

Predator: The Original Years: the 1/A versions are solicited as Direct Market variants. Should they be changed to 1/DM? The same issue occurs with Aliens: The Original Series Omnibus.

The Editors are tending to use Variations A, B, C, etc instead of the other named variations for most things. (Not saying they never will use them again but not their first choice).

This has to do with the insane amount of variations and variation combos the publishers tarted using.  the Notes (or possible Item Description) can be use to more clearly describe the issue.
