I have an Evil Ernie: Pieces of Me #1 script.  It doe not contain panel art but rather describes the comic book in prose to the artist for creation.

 

Its indie has a title of "Evil Ernie: Pieces of Me #1 script", November 2000, Published by Chaos Comics.  The actual comic was published at the same time.

 

My question is would this be a book (as it is not a comic book per se and has a different title by the indie) or would it be an "new issue" of the Evil Ernie: PoM Comic and, if so, what type?  

It is not bound but rather a loose pages held together with Metal Brass page fasteners.

P.S.  I also have an official script from the movie Weird Science that is similar but was not published (I got it from one of the actors in the movie)

That's what I decided to do.  I have submitted the new data and will have to see what they decide.
