Stacy Curtis
Have ComicBase Pro 2024 I have been adding cover art on my own since I got it with no issues. Today I tried adding cover art to several files added and cover art is no longer showing. I can drag the art into the program without issue and it properly puts it in the correct folder when I right click where the picture is supposed to show up but it does not show up. Tried several files today and nothing I also tried updating the database to see if that is an issue but can't connect through sidekick or the main program. Mark J. Castaneda
Are the image files jpg format? That's the image format ComicBase supports. Also be careful that the file extension is .jpg rather than .jpeg. Also try revisiting the title you just added a cover for to force a refresh of the image library. Steven L. Dasinger
@Mark J. Castaneda Not sure if it helps but looking at the top left corner of the attachment, not only is there no cover showing, there is not even a Publisher Logo (or the default logo) showing. Is that normal on a Pro edition?
Mark J. Castaneda
@Stacy Curtis Make sure you download/install the latest version of the software you have access to from your online account (https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx) - You may be running an older version or have an incomplete installation
