Not able to select any of the grading services in the grading set dialog

I believe there is supposed to be a checkbox next to each record so that they can be selected but it is not appearing. I am using 2021 Archive v21.0.2.1851

your monitor display resolution may need to be adjusted so you see the options that appear to be chopped off on the right of that window.

I tried a few changes to the display settings and it seems like it was this setting for text size that made the difference. Changing it to 100% displayed the checkboxes after restarting the application.
