Andrew d’Entremont Posted October 13, 2021 Share Posted October 13, 2021 I've had problems with the Regional Format Setting in the past. When it was set to English (Canada) I couldn't load a database, but as soon as we set it to English (United States) it worked. However, to the best of my knowledge this has been fixed. Please include the following screenshots in your message: -error message -About ComicBase Window (in the software, go the Help Menu>About ComicBase) -your 'Windows Region' and 'Date & Time' windows (just do a Windows search for 'region settings') We'll have our programming team investigate the issue for you.
