Menu Bar in CB23 is really really tiny

Since I updated the Menu Bar (Sub menu bar I guess) is really small and the previous and next arrow buttons are off the screen to the right.  I'm assuming it has to do with init files but can someone help?

It would probably be best to contact support for faster response.

It looks normal here. You might want to try uninstalling/re-downloading/reinstalling/rebooting. Also, check your screen display settings and turn off any magnification as a test.
