Doug MedicAR Posted January 1, 2023 Posted January 1, 2023 Under the comics title "Batman's Mystery Casebook" there are two items, #1 cover priced at $8.99 and #1-2 which was free. Looking #1 up, it shows to be 144 pages. #1-2 has 26 pages, less than 20% of the first print. Is calling it a second print really the right way to go? The cover reads that it "Includes a chapter of the graphic novel" and nothing in the indicia indicates a second print. Wouldn't "Special Edition" be a better designation since it's on the cover? Or maybe "Giveaway Version"?
Gregory Hecht Posted February 4, 2023 Posted February 4, 2023 I agree, #1-2 definitely doesn't fit the definition of "second printing".
Mark J. Castaneda Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 since Special Edition is noted on the cover let's adjust to 'SE 1'
