non-standard scan - not a wraparound cover.

Recently, cover scans that include the back cover of non-wraparound covers have been allowed (or at least not rejected) because they can supply useful information for identification (especially variant covers which are only identified there).

This particular cover is too small to read anything so I can't say if it does have that information or not (but the UPC may be considered useful).

I will let HC make the final decision, however.

Could we get a more official pronouncement on the criteria for this?

ugh... a user must have sent this in off a website image without cropping it. We'll need to edit it to just show the front cover
