Update One database but not the second?

I can d/l the weekly update on my wife's collection just fine. However, when I try to d/l the update on my database (the main one) I get an error message that says "having trouble updating try again later or check firewall" the info header on the collection statistics page says my subscription expires 1/1/0001 and will not d/l the update. Please help!

Hey Cary,

 

-make sure your download/install the revised CB2024 program installer (v941) from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx

*if you have any kind of software protection (ex: Norton, MacAfee, Avast,etc.), we recommend temporarily turning it off before you reinstall.

 

-restart your computer afterwards, see if you have trouble next time you use the CB2024.

*the problem still occurs, revisit any software protection/firewall you might have and make sure ComicBase is allowed to have internet access (you may have to setup a program exception)
