Chris Vaughan Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 With the most recent update, now all of a sudden I am showing comics in stock that are issue #0 for titles that have never had this. Like Thor Vol 1, Avengers Vol 5, Cataclysm (Marvel) and several others.
Mark J. Castaneda Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 can you display these titles on screen then screenshot and post them? Would like to see what you're seeing. Also email them to us at support@comicbase.com as soon as you can. thanks.
Chris Vaughan Posted March 31, 2020 Author Posted March 31, 2020 (edited) I just sent the email. It is NOT just this title, there are several others. I was checking to see what issues I had that were missing covers and all of a sudden I had a LOT more because these 0 issues showed up. Edited March 31, 2020 by Chris Vaughan
Peter R. Bickford Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 What's the exact build of the software you're using (from Help > About ComicBase). If you download the latest build and force an update (shift while checking for updates), do your point-issues reappear? -Pete
Mark J. Castaneda Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 The problem looks to be your point issues (ex: 24.1) is being converted to #0s. Try out the suggestion Pete just dropped and let us know what happens.
Chris Vaughan Posted March 31, 2020 Author Posted March 31, 2020 (edited) 20.0.2.3173 It happened after the last content update Edited March 31, 2020 by Chris Vaughan
Mark J. Castaneda Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 i'll email you link to the newest build
Mark J. Castaneda Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 we just updated the CB2020 program installer under registrations here (20.0.2.3198): https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
Chris Vaughan Posted March 31, 2020 Author Posted March 31, 2020 It did not fix the issue. Those issues are all still there and showing in stock in my collection.
Mark J. Castaneda Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 Do you have a backup database before you downloaded the latest content update where the issues are listed properly? If so, try to download the latest content update with build 20.0.2.3198 and see if the those issues remain the same.
