  1. Today
  2. No, not "never." The folks at Human Computing don't always know about release date delays, so I suspect that they are dependent on CB users to submit updates/corrections for many of them (thus Mark's statement that "they get corrected over time").
  3. Yesterday
  4. So they're never updated after the initial solicitation?
  5. Here is screenshot. The farthest back I can select for value history is always today.
  6. we plug in street dates provided by our distributors with their initial monthly solicitations. However, Publisher delays can cause delays that we don't know about (they get corrected over time).
  7. So does CB not keep up with street dates anymore? It's understandable in regards to all the indie stuff, but I'm talking about Marvel.
  8. Last week
  9. @Mark J. Castaneda I ran a Collection overview for books, magazines, and comics, and none of them display cover images, however, the auto-generated collection overviews for all three categories display cover images. I also ran item checklists of series I own with "items in my collection " checked for all three categories and they also do not have any cover images when looking at the reports under My Comics. However the cover images do appear if you do preview of the report.
  10. @Andrew d’Entremont Outside of the 'Collection Report' style, are you noticing any other report style with similar cover problems?
  11. OK. I only had the cover to go by. Isn't it fun when the cover and indicia don't match?
  12. I just ran a collection report for comics and I am also getting covers. It's only Books and Magazines that won't display covers when running a report and using the Save to Web function.
  13. that stuff shouldn't be there... someone got past our gargoyles and must have slipped them in through a user submission. Will remove
  14. the indicia of Land Left Behind has no word 'The' in it.
  15. Weird... i'm able to get covers with a Collection Report for Comic Books but not Magazines. Can you confirm @Andrew d’Entremont the same result on your end?
  16. Can you screenshot (or email us at support@comicbase.com) what you're referring to? We're having a hard time visualizing what you're seeing.
  17. I would like to suggest in between raw grade selections. I know its customizable and I can add them to myself, but I'd wouldn't mind seeing these as a standard. GD/VG VG/FN FN/VF Or perhaps a little more granular. GD- GD+ VG- VG+ FN- FN+ VF- VF+ Thanks for the consideration.
  18. Sure thing. The search function can be rather unforgiving compared to something like Google.
  19. Another new addition is Complete Hate, which should technically be Complete Hate, The. From Gum Wrappers to Richie Rich should be categorized under Books, not Comic Books. Land Left Behind should most likely be Land Left Behind, The. The word "of" should not be capitalized in the title Legion Of Oakley. Following ComicBase convention, Stan Mack's Real Life Funnies should be Real Life Funnies (Stan Mack's...).
  20. It might be because the title is actually Comics Buyer's Guide (note the "s" in "Comics"), so if you search for Comic Buyer's Guide (without an "s"), you'll come up empty.
  21. I added a magazine Title of "Comic Buyer's Guide Annual" even though there was a title "Comic Buyer's Guide" (I did not see that the annuals were is the database so I looked at the indices and added it. Support is saying that the annuals should be in the Title "Comic Buyer's Guide".but I no longer see that title when I look. I have downloaded the current weekly upgrade and the title still is not there. Is there a special way to get this title to download? Thanks
  22. Orders for The Darques: Soulside one-shot have been cancelled, with apparently no plans to re-solicit. The title should be removed from the database.
  23. This week's update added the title Legend of the Five Ring: Poster Book. Based on the cover, that should actually be Legend of the Five Rings: Poster Book . Also added was the Book title Classic Marvel Super Heroes (Barnes & Noble). This is apparently a trade paperback written by Peter Sanderson, released in 2005. There also exists in the database a book title Classic Marvel Super Heroes. According to the CB database, this was also written by Peter Sanderson and published in 2005, but it is a hardcover and is listed under a different publisher. I suspect that these two books are the same thing, just different format (hc vs. tpb). Does it make more sense to keep them as separate titles in the database or to put them together under a single title? My preference would be the latter, but YMMV.
  24. Also, it looks like creator names have been appended to the storyline titles for Abyss #1. AFAIK this hasn't been done before. @Mark J. Castaneda @Peter Bickford Is this a new editorial policy?
  25. This update added the comic title Cottage Classics: Their Makers* & The Making. I see that there is a link to an Amazon product listing in the title description. Is that intentional? There is also an outside link in the title description for Das Kampf. Again, is this intentional? @Mark J. Castaneda @Peter Bickford Is there an official editorial policy regarding links to places outside of ComicBase and Atomic Avenue within the title descriptions?
  26. Called Tech Support and was asked to try resetting value history, which seemed to help but created a new problem... I have no enduring value history anymore. Every time I start up CB and look at my value history there is none -- the farthest back I can go is that day. Did I accidentally turn something off?
