  1. @Steven L. DasingerPete's wondering if you can message him on Slack with the steps to reproduce the problem.
  2. thanks for the info. will run it past our programming team to be looked into.
  3. we plug in street dates provided by our distributors with their initial monthly solicitations. However, Publisher delays can cause delays that we don't know about (they get corrected over time).
  4. @Andrew d’Entremont Outside of the 'Collection Report' style, are you noticing any other report style with similar cover problems?
  5. that stuff shouldn't be there... someone got past our gargoyles and must have slipped them in through a user submission. Will remove
  6. the indicia of Land Left Behind has no word 'The' in it.
  7. Weird... i'm able to get covers with a Collection Report for Comic Books but not Magazines. Can you confirm @Andrew d’Entremont the same result on your end?
  8. Can you screenshot (or email us at support@comicbase.com) what you're referring to? We're having a hard time visualizing what you're seeing.
  9. Email our support team at support@comicbase.com and let them know the about the error you're getting. Make sure you've backed up to cloud the database file that's giving you trouble and mention the database name in your message; they'll likely do a deep dive on the db and see what's going on with it.
  10. Can you screenshot your report settings? We'll try to replicate the issue.
  11. -select each item that got stolen and 'mark' it (Ctrl+R) -once you marked all the stolen items, go to the Report Menu and run a Collection Report and make sure you have the 'list only marked issues' checked
  12. I wonder if a bad data point slipped into one of those fields you exported. Are you able to scan the export file for any oddities? A common one i notice, is a user inputted a barcode number into another field.
  13. report processor got hung up over the weekend; we reset it and user reports are being processed, may take 1-2 hrs to complete.
  14. If the rebuild doesn't help, i would suspect corruption on that database. The file menu has the export and import options; I would suggest exporting out your data fields that are important to you and importing into a fresh database as a final solution.
