Mark J. Castaneda Posted February 8, 2022 Posted February 8, 2022 Not familiar with this one. Anyone can shed some light on them?
Gregory Hecht Posted February 8, 2022 Posted February 8, 2022 On a tangentially related matter, does it make sense to include "Jewish superhero" in *all* of the issue notes?
Fred Slota Posted February 8, 2022 Author Posted February 8, 2022 Ah, the weird nooks and crannies one can find when wandering aimlessly down the virtual aisles... Also, I see that there are some levels of redundancy that are more annoying than others... ?
Steven L. Dasinger Posted February 8, 2022 Posted February 8, 2022 At this site: https://www.israelidefensecomics.com/author/nvsy6xu3d/ I found: The New Adventures of Shaloman XY should have been #6 in the series but instead, Wiesner explains, “I didn't give it a number. Instead I called it XY, which stands for “Extra Yiddish.” It is a quote from the author.
Fred Slota Posted February 8, 2022 Author Posted February 8, 2022 So, it looks like the two are one. Sounds like we should remove one and keep the existing annotation in the other. Since ComicBase won't allow an issue number XY, I think it's simpler to keep the issue #6 with the existing note, yes?
