Scott Howell Posted January 22, 2020 Posted January 22, 2020 While trying to update my database with either Sidekick or within the application, I get an error stating that "It looks like the latest updater file is still in the process of being posted. Please try again in several minutes." The database has not been updated since Dec 18th. -Scott
Charles M. Doyle Jr Posted January 22, 2020 Posted January 22, 2020 I’m getting the same error. I’ve contacted customer support and awaiting an answer.
Scott J. Promish Posted January 22, 2020 Posted January 22, 2020 I'm still getting it. Every time I click to make the message go away, it pops right back up again! Guess I'll just leave it there...
Kurt D. Koester Posted January 22, 2020 Posted January 22, 2020 I'm receiving the same error message.
Charles M. Doyle Jr Posted January 23, 2020 Posted January 23, 2020 Customer support contacted me and said it was fixed and to try updating again. Still getting the same message.Called customer support and explained I can't run an update. Said they would look into it. Awaiting a response from customer support.
Peter R. Bickford Posted January 23, 2020 Posted January 23, 2020 Give it a go now--it looks like last week's update missed the sync window when we did the database switchover (so the server knew it was expected to be there, but the files weren't present in the right place on the server yet, thus the message you got). -Pete
Charles M. Doyle Jr Posted January 24, 2020 Posted January 24, 2020 Was able to update database, Thanks
Paulo Resendes Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 I'm getting 2 different error messages when I try to do an update. The 1st is the "It looks like the latest updater files is still in the process of being posted. Please try again in several minutes." The other message that I get is " Operator '<>' is not defined for string ** and type 'DBNull". This has been happening for at least 2 weeks. Any suggestions?
