Randall J. Paske
When I run the Top Gainers and Losers report for Owned Items, I get the following message. Running ComicBase 2023 Archive Edition, v.23.0.0.2018, with over 18,000 items added so far. The report always worked before, but I've been getting this error for a couple of weeks. Steven L. Dasinger
Just to get this out of the way, was the report run on type Comic Books or some other type (look at the top left corner to see what Type is selected).

Mark J. Castaneda
there's a new build available you can download/install, you get the same problem with it? If so, please screenshot your report options and we'll try to replicate.

Mark J. Castaneda
There's a new build out that you can download; does the problem occur with it for you Randall?
Randall J. Paske
I tried the new build, with the same result. I usually use the Preview button to look at the report without printing it, but I tried Print with the same result. It shows me the following dialog box (which never gets past 10% in the title bar), before it gives up and displays the message shown in the first post of this thread. If you have any kind of protection software, be sure to turn it off before installing to make sure you have a full install with CB2023. If the problem still occurs, give Pete a call directly at 408-266-6883 ext

It looked like it was going to choke on that 10% of Preparing Report window again, but then it actually completed the process instead.
