Steve McCarty Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 When I now run the Top Gainers & Losers Reports, I receive a message that says "No items were in your collection inventory which matched those criteria". I have over 17,000 books in my collection so that seems unlikely. I did a renewal/upgrade on 11/16/2022 and the report hasn't worked since then. Castaneda Posted January 5 Share Posted January 5 make sure you've download and install the latest CB2023 version (v23.1.0.2115) from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx see if the problem reoccurs. Randall J. Paske Posted February 4 Share Posted February 4 Now the report stopped working for me again, with that message: "No items were in your collection inventory which matched those criteria." I haven't done anything to try to diagnose or fix it yet. I'll update to the latest build later on and see what happens.
