Gregory Hecht
When I submit new or corrected data to Human Computing from within ComicBase, the upload bar displays and proceeds to 100%. Then I get the following error: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.NullReferenceException: Object Gregory Hecht
Actually, it looks like I am getting this error anytime I try to send corrections to HC (even if I don't have a cover scan).

Stanley E. Baldwin
Hello. I am using v21.0.2.1790 and started getting this error on some cover files I added. Is there a limit to the size or quality I can add?
Steven L. Dasinger
There is no real limit. The only requirements are they be .JPG and named correctly. What error are you getting?
Stanley E. Baldwin
"Ran into some trouble trying to display that picture. Object reference not set to an instance of an object" Only option is to click on OK and return to CB. I am never able to view the cover. I recently increased the quality of my scans as I thought it would not be a problem now that CB is advertising 4K.
Steven L. Dasinger
Not sure if this will fix any thing, but you can try File->File Tools and Optimize Database. Also Rebuild Lists, Series Information may help.

Stanley E. Baldwin
I optimized by database but did not fix. Currently rebuilding lists, but that is taking a while.
