  1. You're using the latest CB2023 version (v23.0.0.1935)? If you're using an older build, download the latest version of the CB2023 program installer from your online account: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx

  3. we just released a revised program installer for CB2023 (v23.0.0.1935), get if from your online account here and see if it helps get around the problem: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx If this doesn't solve the problem, give our lead programmer Pete a call at 408-266-6883 ext 403
  4. Storylines & Creator credits and Item Descriptions are basic info Express, Pro, Archive users get with weekly content updates. I assume you have them checked when you update in the main CB software OR in CB Sidekick? BTW, the update settings you set in the main CB software aren't used in Sidekick and vica-versa. Maybe worth double-checking your update settings in both. As an example issue to track if its working for you, do you have all the storyline, writer and artist info for Fantastic Four (6th Series) #48?
  5. Definitely weird total...Let me notify the CB programing team about this one.
  6. Likely due to the AA team's recent website overhaul these past couple of weeks. Would suggest posting on their forum site if you'd like to have them work that back in. https://forums.atomicavenue.com/
  7. success! It was the trickiest bug but glad it got fixed.
  8. -Do you know what your computer's default web browser is? All the link does when clicked on is load that unrecognized list with that browser. -Not able to reproduce with a few different computers on my end. Anyone else having similar trouble? *Build 1913 is available btw; just download the latest CB2023 program installer to get it from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx

  12. When the Preview of the report displays, curious if you hit the export button (Top/Left) and save out as a PDF. Open that PDF afterwards and take a look at it, you get the same problem with '####'?
  13. -In the Reports menu, 'Preview' rather than 'Print' the labels -In the Preview window, use 'export' option at the top/left of the interface to save out as PDF file. -Try then to print based off the PDF version and see if things cut off. We're curious just to know how it will print out for you -- This workaround make take the printer limitations from the main report menu out of the equation
  14. Programming team just released CB2023 program installer (v23.0.0.1880) that should address the problem. Download it from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
  15. We'll be posting revised CB2023 FREE Installer in about a hour that should be fix the problem.
  16. what label type are you using?
  17. yeah... that's a sign of something blocking ComicBase from the internet. Would suggest you really looking through your installed programs AND/OR firewall settings to make ComicBase is allowed.
  18. Things to check: -Are you running on a Windows 64-bit OS (check System Info)? -Double-check you really don't have protection software blocking out ComicBase; would suggest temporarily turning it off if you have such a program -If none of that works, try a different computer
  19. please screenshot that last page. Curious what it looks like.
  20. You're problem when looking at your online account on our end is you have 2 DBs listed under your profile with 2 different Database names but the same Database ID number. That's confusing our system when you attempt to freshen up your stats and/or upload reports for it to your account. We did some clean up to fix this on our end, the next time you upload to your account from the CB software, the proper database should be linked to your online account. As for the error, its a bit confusing. If you're opening the software and loading you're database, the program error message mentions you're trying to delete the db file which you're not. Would suggest restarting your computer, then manually locate the database you want then double-click on it to load it into the software. If that doesn't help give out support team a call 408-266-6883
  21. what are you're exact steps when you attempt to send us data? We'll try to replicate exactly how you do it and see if you're running into a bug we don't know about.
  22. the update points are tied to the collection database ID number. If you intend to erase and start over (to have no update points for that graph), just create a new database (via the File Menu).
  23. make sure your on the latest version of CB2023 (v23.0.0.1841), just download the revised CB2023 program installer from your online account here to get it: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx If that doesn't solve you're problem, do you have any other protection software (ex: Norton, MacAfee, AVast, etc.) that could be blocking out ComicBase from internet access? You may need to manually setup a program exception just in case within such software.
