  1. download/install the latest build (in case your running an older version) for CB2020 from your online account here and see if it helps: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx Restart the software, go the File Menu>File Tools>Optimize - this will help smooth up your database afterwards, try to print a report. if you still have trouble, please email our team at support@comicbase.com and detail out the steps you did to produce the error.
  2. I'm not too familiar with this series so i don't know if they should go under the main Pop Gun War title. With that said, if the indicia states them with different title names, I'm ok with just spinning them into their own titles.
  3. What item type did you set the listing to? I wonder if you named the jpeg with the correct image type abbreviation. Feel free to include screenshots so we have better idea how things are setup on your end.
  4. If you go the Setup Menu>Items Type, switch to the 'Book' category and you can see the full list of abbreviations you need to consider when you name the pic file
  5. Images on AA were always intended to be stock-like; i can suggest it to the team for consideration.
  6. AA uses the Master ComicBase Cover Library. AA doesn't offer the ability to show your own personal copy of a cover.
  7. new build is up... head here to download/install the revised CB2020 program installer (v20.0.3.3828): https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx
  8. we'll update for the next content update. thanks for the heads up.
  9. Programming team did some tinkering with the code behind contribution points; Users who've sent in submissions in the past few months should see a rise to their total points.
  10. i get the error too a couple of times. I've reported it to Pete for him to look into.
  11. Great to hear from you Bobb... all the best.
  12. looks like we don't have it. Feel free to enter it yourself then send us data for it through the software (internet menu>send new or corrected data) so we can official added it to the Master database. If the book has an interior indicia (fine credits) page, use what is stated there to officially title it into ComicBase. Thanks.
  13. the scan we have is pretty pixelated. looking online on DF's website and images on eBay show a very small res cover with the UPC which makes us think it's a prelim cover - probably used to have customers preorder. Your scan seems to be the legit cover
  14. thanks for the heads up. we'll correct in the upcoming content update.
  15. is this still an issue for you Ken? Weekend maintenance may have fixed things. If you still have trouble, please send us a new message at support@comicbase.com and Pete and we'll take a look.
  16. not able to reproduce this problem on our end... Can you give us precise steps to reproduce just in case we're missing a step? Also, please email these steps to support@comicbase.com so our programming team can try them out.
  17. You might have an early build where it got corrected later on. In any case, updating has been deactivated for that version so it wouldn't work properly for you.
  18. Hey Brad, Your subscription status is in an expired state so you'll want to consider renewing so you can properly update your database. Renewing would also get you our new CB2020 version (CB17 has been discontinued for a few years already).
  19. I believe the music got taken out because not a lot programs these days have start-up music. I'll mention it though in our next team meeting. You guys care for that classic start-up music we used to have going as far back as version 11?
  20. Free Edition comes with small amount of pre-selected covers; typically the 1st issue of a series. Same with the Express but a higher amount (5,000+). The complete cover library is exclusive to the Archive edition.
  21. After you add in the new things to your CB db, go the File Menu and pick the 'Collection Statistics' option. This will sync your basic db stats to your online account. For newer reports for your collection: -In ComicBase, pick a report style (ex: Collection Report) under the Reports Menu, pick your report options, and hit the 'Save to Web' to upload it to your online account *ComicBase Sidekick can do this automatically for you through its 'Save to Cloud' option; take a look at your Sidekick settings (Schedule and Save to Cloud Tabs) to see if its setup for you already; you can tweak how often it uploads a new report and what reports will auto-upload for you.
  22. thanks for the info.
  23. Thanks for the info. The link to the trade paperback doesn't seem to load. Do you know the cover price by chance?
  24. Tough to say... take a picture of it and email it to support@comicbase.com. If you recall what year you bought it that would be helpful as we've had different models over the years.
