  1. -Download/install the most up-to-date version of CB2024 from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx -Restart your computer then startup the main CB2024 software -File Menu>File Tools>Optimize Database -Afterwards, re-try downloading the weekly content update.
  2. the listing on Diamond's website describes it as oversized (aka bigger than traditional comic book dimensions). My guess its tabloid size.
  3. The Bk #1-A we have is oversized. the barcode you provided looks to be just a standard hardcover on Diamond's system with a full barcode number of 978196226501053000. Would suggest you add it as Bk 1-B
  4. Can't change it at this point, the title has been in the master database for nearly 2 decades as Newman, a change could alter users collections who own the title ?
  5. I think Randall is right...This edition must have been picked by Ollie's since they sell a lot of other store's stuff that aren't selling well. We're finding a few these eBay noted from Wal-Mart. We'll add this to the upcoming content update.
  6. thanks for spotting this one... we'll get it removed
  7. It's likely a unique Ollie's barcode - Wal-Mart did the same thing with various DC issues in the past few years. We would designate it with the next available letter variation and note in the item description field its a Ollie's Store edition
  8. #8-10 seem rather high... we'll notify the editorial team to investigate their current pricing. Thanks for the heads up.
  9. we're in a dev cycle; i'll remention it to the team.
  10. You're using the latest build for CB2024? These labels you're scanning are from the database they were created from? Do Comic Book labels give you the same problem? What printer are you using (Make and Model)?
  11. Have you tried more than once to see if the problem is 100% reproducible (or relatively very reproducible)? Can you get it to happen with another Magazine item OR other media type? Can you screenshot your ID label so we have an idea how it looks?
  12. Good catch... We'll get it tweaked.
  13. either method will get my attention BUT support email will be much faster as I don't always check the forums. I'll notify the programmers to adjust José González as you described
  14. We'll get those entered in. Do you happen to know the street date for the corrected editions?
  15. thanks. will notify the programming team of the typos.
  16. We're not finding any online evidence at this time what the barcode numbers for the corrected editions will have. We wonder if they'll use the same as errors.
  17. #8 through #8/F all have the error?
  18. Good point. I'll share you're thoughts with the dev team
  19. Shoot us an email at support@comicbase.com; they can send you an Export/Import guide with steps how to transfer your data over to a new database file.
  20. Thanks for spotting these guys. I'll notify the Editorial team to adjust.
  21. If you have our Archive or Professional edition, try out the export option under the File menu. You can select what fields you care about, export it out, and paste the data into a spreadsheet (ex: excel, google sheets, etc.) where you can customize the data to your liking.
  22. What's the goal of the report you have in mind so i can share it with our programming team?
  23. If your db is on not on your main hard drive, wouldn't hurt to do an update test with it on the HD.
  24. Thanks for the heads up gang... I'll let the Ed. Team know to take stab at cleaning up the books listed under the series.
  25. We'll go with Kor-Drath.
