  1. Looks like it should be added under IDW Catalog as WS 2024
  2. Funded on Indiegogo can be mentioned in the notes field for all issues then.
  3. All issues funded on Indiegogo or just the #2s?
  4. Thanks for the info, Editorial team will look into it.
  5. See how this week's weekly content update scheduled for Wednesday evening (2/14) does to your stats after you downloaded it. If no change occurs, reach out to the support team directly at support@comicbase.com.
  6. Thanks. we updated the cover image. *we noticed when attempting to drop in your cover the file extension was .jpeg. If you have trouble linking it to your database, the proper file extension should be .jpg
  7. We don't have it. You can submit it under Soulfire (Michael Turner’s…) SE 1/C
  8. send us your cover image for 1-E and we'll update our master listing for it.

For those sending us mature covers, here's the 'Red Ribbon' psd file we use to cover up mature bits.
  11. Also, refer the interior indicia page when its was published. It may also indicate what volume/series it should be under.
  12. a few things... -Make sure you've downloaded and installed the latest version for CB2024 (build 1085) from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx -Go into the File Menu>File Tools>Rebuild Lists (run all the options expect the Advanced 'Pictures files list' option. Note these processes will take some time to complete). -Going forward, see how your stats change whenever you download the weekly content updates.
  13. This is tricky because there are kickstarter versions. We would suggest submitting a new title called Unicorn: Vampire Hunter (Caleb Palmquist) to handle the kickstarter series so its different from the Scout series currently in the database.
  14. If you haven't already, make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of CB2024. You can download it here if needed: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx *Restart your computer after installation. I'd make sure you go into your Sidekick Settings Save to Cloud option that you have Issue Checklist checked. Follow that with a manual Save to Cloud with Sidekick and see if it shows up.
  15. To be clear... this is a 2nd Printing Foil Cover of #1? *yes, foil covers scan terribly. you might want to take a traditional overhead photo instead.
  16. try downloading the revised CB2024 program installer (build 946) and see if it solves your problem. If not, let us know.
  17. what does the indicia page state the title as?
  18. what does the indicia state the title as?
  19. Diamond made an error with the solicitation data they sent out a couple of months ago for those issues. The editorial team should have addressed them if you download this week's content update.
  20. Hey Cary, -make sure your download/install the revised CB2024 program installer (v941) from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx *if you have any kind of software protection (ex: Norton, MacAfee, Avast, etc.), we recommend temporarily turning it off before you reinstall. -restart your computer afterwards, see if you have trouble next time you use the CB2024. *the problem still occurs, revisit any software protection/firewall you might have and make sure ComicBase is allowed to have internet access (you may have to setup a program exception)
  21. Because it collects only a couple of issues, the item type would be set to 'Collector's Set' rather than a 'regular issue'
  22. This is due to solicitation data Lunar (who handles DC releases to comic stores) implementing an A, B, C variant system. When an upcoming issue has variants (ex: Action Comics), variant cover letter designations are already set by Lunar. We noticed a lot of online stores (like Midtown) have adopted what is being set by Lunar which makes ordering easier and less confusing. As of early 2023, our stance going forward is we'll just stick with what is provided and go with what Lunar says. This cuts down a lot of editorial time indexing future releases for our team which has been a headache since Lunar has been handling DC releases.
  23. Next time startup the software, press and hold down the shift key... you'll be prompted if you want to recreate the database indexes, hit 'Yes' to that question. Afterwards, retry updating with the latest weekly content update.
  24. Hey Herb, Our programming team has been updating hardware and settings related to our server that might have caused the problem. As of now, things are working okay on our end. -Would recommend you make sure to download/install the revised CB2024 program installer (v936) from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx -restart your computer, relaunch CB2024 and try to download the latest available content update. If any error messages pop-up, note them in this thread.
