I was able to drop in the scans you email us for eternal warrior with no trouble. Any chance you're using new computer devices like a new mouse? I recently switched to a new mouse and found out certain actions i normally do don't work properly; had to switch back to my previous mouse.

odd...i don't seem to have the problem with 4KArchive unless the problem is specific to an edition of CB2021. What edition and version number are you guys using? I'm running v20.0.0.1218

For Sidekick to do what you set, be sure the main software is closed and your computer is on with your schedule settings in mind.

Hi Folks, Please use this thread for any trouble with installing or starting up the new CB2021 version. If you scan describe the steps that lead to any trouble and provide any screenshots, that would help greatly in reproducing the trouble on our end so we can fix. Also note the CB2021 build number you are using.

That's a known problem with letters like that. They actually do come through.

We typically only get the regular cover of most new comics on their release week. Overtime we get the variants added in future content updates. Every week's new content update includes a batch of new covers and old covers; doesn't include the previous weeks' batches of covers - you'll have to manually download covers that you might have missed in older updates.

There's no style guide for this kind of stuff... These days we treat graphic novels as just regular items but if its a Hardcover we change the variation type accordingly. Box sets can be tricky. Ideally a Deluxe Set would be the first item type to go with if its a slipcase style item. CS would be used if the item collects a short run of issue numbers.
