  1. Bone Orchard: Ten Thousand Black Feathers is the correct title (per indicia). I can only find this one Title in my database and on Atomic Avenue. If you do not have any Quantity in Stock for the incorrect title (Bone Orchard Mythos...), I am not sure why both are in your database.
  2. What do you have the Cover Size set to? It is possible a large size is causing 1 issue per page. When the report is displayed, what do you have in the top left corner? 1 of 1 or 1 of some-larger-number?
  3. An email to support will probably get faster response. This forum is monitored but not constantly.
  4. Uninstalling any version of CB will not affect your database, Pictures, or media. What I would try is: Uninstall CB and CB Resources. Uninstall any SAP Crystal Reports. Install CB 2023. If this does not work, I would contact support.
  5. Here are the UPC numbers for two of the ones you listed. 75960620200301422 Kyle Hotz (Red-head female behind dark web spider-man(?))? 75960620200301423 Ed McGuinness Hallows's Eve Design Cover If the standard UPC format is observed, they would be 2nd and 3rd printing of the 2nd variation.
  6. A little more information... Is you switch to Album View, when you click on an Overall Title Name, it will display the cover (assuming what is normally displayed at the top left corner of the display). In Grid View, while you won't get a Cover in the Grid, as you scroll down the list, the cover will display in the top of the display.
  7. When you do a search for any Title filed field (which includes Overall Title Name, you get a Title Result Grid. This is not tied to any particular issue so there is no cover to be displayed.
  8. I believe the major difference is Covers. Archive Edition: Includes a year of free, weekly updates to keep you current with new titles and issues, pricing, and new cover images Pro Edition: Includes a year of free, weekly updates to keep you current with new titles and issues and pricing.
  9. I don't think so but you would have to talk to HC about that.
  10. The way it works,is: If you renew your current Edition, then, Yes, the year a tacked on to the end of your current expiration date. (i.e. Archive to Archive). However, if you upgrade (or down-grade) to a different Edition, then , No, the year starts from your purchase date. (i.e. Pro too Archive).
  11. Is this what you are looking for? https://atomicavenue.com/atomic/item/575320/1/The-Rocketeer-An-Album-1 It is from around mid 1980s and has an introduction by Harlan Ellison.
  12. We agree with you. In my database and the master database and Atomic Avenue there is only the one title 'Cradle of Filth: Maledictus Athenaeum'. The Cradle of Filth title was deleted during the 9 Nov update. The question is why is it still in your database.

  14. Brad, if you move you database file to a folder that OneDrive (or any other sync to cloud software) does not monitor, you should not have a problem. This is not a ComicBase problem but deals with any database program. Databases are a terrible process to have some other process mess with it as they are dealing with units of work and commit points. The Cloud sync programs don't care about this and can grab a copy in the middle of database processes getting them out of sync (which defeats the point of syncing).
  15. Try going to the CB website and under My Account->Registrations, clicking on the green arrow next to you product and download the update manually. The run that update. Alternately, uninstall ComicBase (and probably ComicBase Resources) before running the Update. PS I installed the CB Archive update last night with no problem.
  16. I just checked my database and there is just the one Title 'Cradle of Filth: Maledictus Athenaeum' in it. I also checked Atomic Avenue and only find the one (same) title.
  17. Unfortunately, the HC in Dlx 1/HC is the Variation. So, the additional Variation of A or B can't be used with HC. There are 4 parts of the Item #. Type (Dlx), Number (1), Variation (HC), and Printing (not used for this example). If Dlx 1/HC and Dlx 1/A are both Absolute Editions, they could be split out to their own title (Although there is already a 'Absolute Crisis on Infinite Earths' with a 2011 date in CB).
  18. Just to get this out of the way, was the report run on type Comic Books or some other type (look at the top left corner to see what Type is selected).

  20. Michael Wagner: I am not sure I followed all of what you are saying. I think you are saying there are a few issues in 'The Death of Superman' that shouldn't be there but in a different (new) title called 'The Death of Superman 30th Anniversary Special'. There is already a title called 'The Death of Superman 30th Anniversary Special' in CB. In this title there are issues that are a gate-fold cover (#1) and a poly-bag issue (#1/A)
  21. I believe HC is doing some server upgrades and this may be causing intermittent outages.

  23. This is beyond my knowledge of how to fix. But I am guessing there is some mis-match between your database and your account. Here are some things you can check. In CB use File->Collection Statistics... (or F12). see attachment Click on the icon near the top right corner (circled in red) This will display your database ID (circled in blue) Next go the the ComicBase website. In the top left corner, click on My Account->Profile. Scroll down to Known Databases. Check the Database Id from CB against what is shown here. You may need to use the Database drop-down box to select different databases. I would remove any/all databases that don't match the Database Id in CB. NOTE: I you do delete all of them, you can get yours back by using Collection Statistics (I think). If not, I think saving your database to the cloud will do it. Next go to My Account->My Comics. This is where your Mobile Reports are listed. Check the Database Drop-down box to see if any old databases are listed. If you have any reports for these old database, you could Remove the Report. (Not sure is the reports are used with the Wanted lists so this may not be needed). Once you have only a Database listed that matches your database, this should (I would think) allow CB and aA to sync correctly. But this is pretty much some guess work on my part.
  24. I just tried to download the Gambit (5th Series) #15.jpg cover and it completed successfully using CB Archive 4k Edition b2003. Try again. If it works, there may have been some server issues earlier. If it still doesn't work, I would send an email to support.
