  1. we're making modifications to our content update processor with the last few updates; programming team has bit more to work to do for things go back to normal. The next 2 update reports may look similar.
  2. Conqueror Worm (Comics Experiences, Edgar Allan Poe’s...), The should be removed since we got The Conqueror Worm (CEX) already We'll get that 'I' capped in the next update.
  3. G.I. Joe, a Real American Hero *if a comic has a barcode, use that to search. With this comic, I'd suggest use the full barcode number on the front cover to get to the title and issue more efficiently; just type it into the main find box at the top of the CB software interface.
  4. Another user contacted us about this one, Red Calloway is not an actual creator/studio, thus the reason for the title name adjustment.

  9. just would like to confirm the steps you did... -uninstall your CB2022 edition -uninstall your CB2022 resource listing -uninstall your SAP Crystal Report listing (you noted you 'installed' it in your initial post) -lastly, download/install the revised CB2022 program installer from your online account here: https://www.comicbase.com/mycb/Registrations.aspx If those steps don't work, contact our team directly at support@comicbase.com
  10. I was curious and ran you're update settings back-to-back thinking maybe the 2nd update would case the problem but wasn't the case. Update didn't plug magazines back in. I'll let Pete know and see if he can think of anything that might be going on. BTW... Anyone else, have this problem?

  13. I just performed an update with no magazines updates selected, agreed to have magazines removed, and it worked for me just fine. Am i missing something to replicate the problem?
  14. also, after you did the update, do you have a few example magazine titles that stuck around? Would like to see if get the same titles when i try.
  15. at this point, we just keep them the way they are in CB - we don't want to tweak and run the risk of changing users collection totals
  16. Also, you update through the main CB software AND CB Sidekick or just one of them?
